London Euston Lifts

Lifts at London Euston Station

Lifts are available at London Euston to provide step-free access. Key routes connect the main concourse to street level and to the London Underground ticket hall. For passengers with visual impairments, the lifts are equipped with voice announcements and Braille buttons.

Lift Locations and Access

  • To the Main Station (from street level): A lift providing step-free access is located on the east side of the station, near the escalators and the main ticket office. This lift also serves the balcony and the First Class lounge.
  • To the Underground Ticket Hall: Two lifts are situated adjacent to the main ticket office. These connect the main concourse with the Underground ticket hall.

Important Accessibility Note

Please be aware that while these lifts provide access to the London Underground ticket hall, there is no lift access from the ticket hall down to the Tube platforms for the Northern and Victoria Lines. Access to these platforms requires using stairs or escalators. The nearest station with full step-free access to the Underground is King’s Cross St Pancras.

Additional Assistance

A dedicated Mobility Assistance Reception is available on the main concourse to help customers with any accessibility needs. For more detailed information, you can also view the accessible station guide on Network Rail’s website.
