Avanti West Coast First Class Lounge
Who Can Use It?
Passengers with an Avanti West Coast Business, First Open or Advance First ticket may use the lounge on the travel date shown on their ticket. Access is normally available up to 2 hours before departure and up to 1 hour after arrival. For Advance First ticket holders, pre-departure access is limited to 1 hour between 15:00 and 19:00 on Thursdays and Fridays. London Northwestern Railway First Class tickets and Caledonian Sleeper tickets are not accepted.

The lounge is located on the first floor, accessed via the balcony. Step-free access is available by lift.

- Saturday: 06:45 - 20:00
- Sunday: 08:00 - 20:00

Offers a comfortable seated area with complimentary soft drinks and light snacks, Wi-Fi, newspapers and accessible showers. The accessible showers are shared between Avanti West Coast and Caledonian Sleeper customers.

Caledonian Sleeper Guest Lounge
Who Can Use It?
The lounge is for guests holding Caledonian Double En-Suite or Club En-Suite tickets. Entry is also available to Accessible Double and Accessible Twin ticket holders.
Location
The lounge is located on Platform 1, halfway down the platform.
Opening Hours
- Arriving guests: 06:30-10:30
- Aberdeen, Fort William and Inverness departures: 18:00 until boarding
- Edinburgh and Glasgow departures: 20:45 until boarding
Features
Provides a space to unwind before or after your journey, with WiFi, complimentary hot drinks, soft drinks and light snacks. Hot food and alcohol are available to purchase. The lounge also includes toilets, showers, hairdryers and accessible toilet and shower facilities. There is no hearing loop in this lounge.
The lounge has seating for 62 guests and does not offer left luggage; a left-luggage facility is available on the main station concourse. Opening hours and access arrangements may change, so passengers should confirm the latest details before travelling.
General Seating
General seating is available throughout the station. A sheltered waiting area is near the entrance to platforms 16-18, and an enclosed waiting room is opposite Platform 16. Additional seating is available on the main concourse, balcony, platforms and outdoor Piazza. Follow station signs or ask a member of staff for assistance.
