A Short Guide for First-Time Visitors
Navigating a major London station for the first time can be daunting. Here’s a quick guide to help you find your way around Euston.
- Tickets & Information: The main ticket office and self-service machines are located on the main concourse. For assistance, visit the information desk or look for staff in uniform.
- Platforms & Departures: All platforms are at the far end of the concourse. Keep an eye on the large departure boards for real-time platform announcements, which often appear shortly before the train is due to depart.
- Food & Shops: A wide range of high-street shops, cafés, and restaurants like Pret A Manger and Starbucks can be found across the concourse.
- Waiting Lounges: General seating is available throughout the station. Passengers with eligible First Class tickets can use the Avanti West Coast First Class Lounge.
- Toilets: Free-to-use toilet facilities, including accessible toilets and baby changing, are located by the entrance to platforms 1-3.
Connections & Onward Travel
- London Underground: Euston is served by the Northern and Victoria lines. Follow the signs from the main concourse.
- Buses: Numerous bus routes stop directly outside the station, connecting you across London.
- Taxis: A taxi rank is located at the front of the station for licensed black cabs.
