Head to the entrance to platforms 1–3 for the main public toilets and baby changing facilities. Public toilets are free to use.

Accessible toilets are provided near the waiting-room area between platforms 8 and 10, and in the First Class lounge. RADAR-key access applies; ask staff to direct you to the nearest available facility.

No RADAR key? Ask a member of staff or visit Passenger Assistance beside the ticket office.

Changing Places

The Changing Places facility is opposite platform 1, across from the main toilets. It provides additional space and changing equipment for people with more complex needs.

Follow the access instructions on the signage or ask staff. The facility includes an adult-sized changing bench and ceiling-mounted hoist.

Showers

Network Rail lists accessible showers in the Caledonian Sleeper lounge on platform 1. Access depends on your travel arrangements; check with the operator before relying on them.
