Assisted Travel Lounge
A dedicated Assisted Travel Lounge is located on the main concourse, near the ticket office. It’s open for passengers who need extra help with their journey.

Passenger Assist
If you’ve already booked assistance — or would like to make a new booking — you can use the national Passenger Assist service. Booking in advance is recommended so staff are ready to help when you arrive.
