Mobility Assistance Reception
A dedicated Mobility Assistance Reception is situated on the main concourse, between Boots and the ticket office. Assistance is available from the reception during its opening hours. If the reception is closed, please use the phone number posted on the reception door, or ask any member of the station staff for help.
Reception Opening Hours:
- Monday - Saturday: 07:00 - 23:00
- Sunday: 08:00 - 23:00
Booking Assistance
Disabled assistance is available to and from the platforms, car park, and taxi rank/drop-off point. You can request this from the staff at the station. Still, it is recommended to book assistance 24 hours in advance by contacting the train company you are travelling with.

Dedicated Information Points are available for journey assistance. Help is also available from the ticket office.
Help Points
Help Points are in limited locations for direct assistance and are all fitted with induction loops.
