Self-service ticket machines are available throughout the station. These modern machines feature touch screens, multi-language options, and accept both card (including contactless) and cash payments. You can use the machines to:

  • Collect tickets you've pre-purchased online.
  • Buy season tickets.
  • Top-up an Oyster card.

  • Inside the main ticket office.
  • At the top of the ramp leading to platforms 8-11.
  • Next to the ticket gates for platforms 8-11.

For in-person assistance, the main ticket office is located next to the Western entrance and is operated by Avanti West Coast.

Ticket Office Opening Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 22:30
  • Saturday: 06:00 - 22:00
  • Sunday: 07:00 - 22:30
